What We Build

Build the operating system your business actually needs.

Jidoka Group is an operations consulting and business systems firm for growing businesses. We build the operational infrastructure that lets you scale — workflow automation, AI-assisted processes, internal tools, SOP development, and documented systems, with human judgment built in where it matters.

We don't hand you a roadmap. We build what's on it.

Operational Diagnosis

We map your workflows, identify the highest-cost bottlenecks, and design the system architecture before a line of code is written.

The result: You start with a clear picture of what's broken and what to build first.

Workflow Automation

We automate the repetitive, time-consuming processes that drain your team's capacity — built in the tools you already use.

The result: Your team gets hours back every week and stops doing the same work by hand.

AI Agent Deployment

We build and deploy AI agents for specific operational functions — intake, routing, drafting, review — with a human in the loop where judgment matters.

The result: AI handles the volume so your team only touches the exceptions.

Internal Tools & Dashboards

We build the custom tools your team actually needs — designed around your workflow, not the limits of a generic platform.

The result: The right information and the right actions, in one place built for how you work.

Process Documentation & SOPs

We document the knowledge living in your team's heads and turn it into repeatable, scalable operating procedures.

The result: Your operation stops depending on any single person to run it.

System Integration & Handoffs

We connect your tools, close the gaps between platforms, and design the handoffs between people and software.

The result: Nothing falls through the cracks between sales, delivery, and everything after.

How We Work

We map, build, and deploy.

Every engagement moves from diagnosis through execution — so there's no gap between the strategy and the system that delivers it. See how the three-step method works.

Why JIDOKA

Not an agency. Not a consultancy. An operating partner.

Systems before tools

We fix the process before we automate it. No tool solves a process problem.

Strategy and execution in one team

Consultants diagnose but don't build. Agencies build but don't diagnose. We do both, in one engagement.

Human-in-the-loop by design

Automation handles the predictable; humans own the consequential. That's the Jidoka principle.

SMB-accessible, enterprise-grade

The caliber of infrastructure enterprises build internally — at a pace and price that fits a founder-led team.

Who It's For

Founder-led companies and growth-stage teams scaling faster than their systems can keep up. If your team is rebuilding the same report by hand every week, your tools don't talk to each other, and too much depends on one person's inbox — that's a systems problem. We build the systems.

Common questions

How the engagements work

What does an operational diagnosis include?

We map how work actually moves through your business, find the bottlenecks costing the most time and margin, and recommend what to build first. Every engagement starts here, because most teams do not need the answer up front — they need someone to find where the constraint really sits.

Which parts of the work do you automate, and which stay human?

We automate the repetitive and predictable, and keep a person in the decision chain wherever context, judgment or consequences matter. That is the Jidoka principle: automation with a human touch. The aim is to free your team from the mechanical work, not to remove them from the process.

Do you build in our existing tools or on your own platform?

In your existing tools. We are not a self-serve platform you configure yourself, and we do not ask you to migrate. Connecting the systems you already pay for, and closing the handoffs between them, is usually where the largest gains are found.

What happens when the engagement ends?

You keep a documented system your team can run, maintain and extend without us. We write down how each piece works and who is responsible for what, so the system does not depend on any one person — including anyone here. The goal is to become unnecessary.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is scoped to the engagement — the systems you need and the outcome you are after, rather than hours billed. Because every engagement opens with an operational diagnostic, the scope is based on what the diagnosis actually finds instead of an estimate made before anyone looked.
