Common questions

Before you get in touch

What happens after we get in touch?

The first step is the operational diagnostic. It maps where work backs up in your business and shows the highest-leverage system to build first. That result is what a scoped proposal is based on, so the conversation starts from evidence rather than from a generic package.

Do we need to know what to automate before contacting you?

No, and most teams do not. Not knowing what to automate is exactly what the diagnosis is for: it maps your workflows, finds the highest-cost bottlenecks and recommends what to build first. Arriving without an answer is the normal starting point, not a problem.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. The operational diagnostic takes about eight minutes, needs no credit card, and returns a written breakdown of where your constraint sits and what to fix first. You can act on that result yourself, with your own team, or with us — it is yours either way.

Do we have to switch tools to work with you?

No. We build inside the stack you already use, and connecting those existing tools is usually a large part of the work. Nothing about starting a conversation commits you to a migration, a new platform subscription or retraining your team on unfamiliar software.
