JIDOKA 自働化 — AUTOMATION WITH A HUMAN TOUCH
Most businesses don't have a growth problem. They have a systems problem.
We map the bottleneck, then build the automated infrastructure that removes it — strategy and execution from one team.

Built like infrastructure. Not like advice.
Systems Before Tools
We fix the process first. Software comes second — and only what the system actually needs.
Strategy + Execution in One
The team that designs your blueprint is the team that builds it. Nothing lost in handoff.
Human-in-the-Loop AI
AI does the volume. Your people keep the judgment. Every automation has a human checkpoint where it matters.
Enterprise-Grade Infrastructure for SMBs
The systems a 500-person ops team runs on — sized and priced for a team of 10.
Three steps. No mystery.
MAP
We audit how work actually flows through your business — not how the org chart says it does. You get the bottleneck, ranked, in week one.
BUILD
We design and build the automations, integrations, and AI agents that remove it. Working systems, shipped in sprints.
DEPLOY
Your team is trained, ownership is documented, and every workflow is monitored. We stay until it runs without us.
Built for teams doing too much by hand.
Founder-Led Companies
- You are the bottleneck
- Everything lives in your head
- Hiring won't fix it — systems will
Growth-Stage Teams
- Headcount grew, output didn't
- Tools multiplied, clarity didn't
- Reporting is a monthly scramble
Service Agencies
- Delivery eats your margin
- Every client is a snowflake process
- Scaling means more chaos, not more profit
Common questions
Questions we get before the first call
What does Jidoka Group actually build?
We build operational infrastructure: automated workflows, AI-assisted processes, internal tools and documented systems. We are not a software platform or a slide-deck consultancy. We diagnose the bottleneck, design the system, build it inside the tools you already use, and hand it over documented so your team can run it.
How is this different from hiring an automation agency?
An agency builds what you ask for; a consultant tells you what to ask for. We do both in one engagement, so there is no gap between the strategy and the system that delivers it. The diagnosis that decides what to build is part of the same work as building it.
Do we have to replace the tools we already use?
No. We build in the stack you already run. A large part of the work is connecting those tools and closing the gaps between them, rather than adding another platform your team has to learn, migrate onto and maintain alongside everything else.
We tried automation before and it didn't stick. Why would this?
A tool cannot fix a process problem. Most automation fails because it is bolted onto a broken workflow. We map and simplify the process first, build the automation around the simplified version, then document it so it survives turnover instead of leaving with whoever configured it.
How long before something is actually running?
Engagements are scoped and time-boxed rather than open-ended retainers. A first build typically moves from discovery to a working system in a matter of weeks, and we scope that timeline before starting, so you know what lands and when before any work begins.
