How JIDOKA owner workspaces move from recommendation to safe launch.

Owner workflow
1. Start the owner workspace
Use the owner page to confirm the business, answer the operating questions, and review the top recommended builds before selecting the first build.
2. Connect the systems you already use
Open Settings and choose the platforms already running the business. Restaurants can include Hive Business Intelligence, Toast, Square, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy, delivery apps, and GoHighLevel when used as the CRM.
3. Let Core check for duplicates
Connected-tool scans help Core avoid recommending workflows that already exist in the business. When provider login is not configured yet, the owner can still tell JIDOKA which tools are in use.
4. Approve exact messages and rules
JIDOKA can draft workflow logic, customer messages, handoff rules, and failure handling. The business owner reviews the exact words and launch boundaries before a safe test or launch.
5. Run the safe test
The safe test records what would happen before touching real customers. Evidence becomes the checklist for launch readiness and later Monthly Core monitoring.
Provider connections
JIDOKA uses provider login where possible so owners can connect existing business systems without sharing passwords with JIDOKA. When a provider supports OAuth through the integration layer, the owner approves the scopes shown by that provider.

- Email, SMS, calendar, CRM, booking, payment, and spreadsheet providers where a workflow needs them.
Master Orchestrator build record
Each client workflow build is expected to keep its own build branch and deployment record. The branch is used as the audit trail for what the orchestrator prepared for that client, while the owner workspace shows the plain-English status, blockers, approvals, and safe-test evidence.
Monthly Core
After the first build launches, JIDOKA Core is $497/month and covers as many Workflow Blocks as the business wants from the catalogue, the integrations each one needs, and a dashboard customized to how the business actually runs. It is not one workflow, and not one improvement at a time. It also includes issue handling, provider-change fixes, roadmap review, and a 30-day result recap for owner-approved testimonial proof.
